Science2ThePeople – Scientific findings must be understandable for everyone!
As a long-time researcher, teacher and educational counsellor, I consider myself a bridge builder between science and everyday life.
Science2ThePeople means
- identifying different needs (children/teenagers/adults, in the system of education/outside the system of education etc.)
- establishing links according to interests (life situations, gender roles, etc.)
- identifying and overcoming difficulties in understanding (prior knowledge, learning difficulties, etc.)
- adapting language (German, simple German, English, English for foreign language teaching, etc.)
- choosing suitable media for different target groups (text, image, infographic, video etc.)
Social and technological changes become usable for all – Science2ThePeople!
